July 10th, 2020

You've replayed that last situation in your mind continuously. The one that hurt you tremendously, and then you've convinced yourself why it is better to settle for the here and now. And to only isolate yourself from the surrounding world. When you are in emotional pain, you strive to keep up with the reasoning for remaining in an emotionally safe place? But at the end of the day, who are you kidding?

[Pt. 3] Setting Boundaries for Successful Relationships

July 10th, 2020

Challenges exist in relationships when building or rebuilding trust. However, when you set boundaries, you establish your standards. And then you will be able to develop healthy and trusting relationships. Your learning? Treat YOU how YOU desire to be treated. And then others will treat you how you would like to be treated - with love, honor, respect, and trustworthiness.
