Today I believe that this is a perfect message for a time such as this as the country is beginning to embrace another transformative and transitional phase. Here, what I have discovered is self-awareness and self-regulation is all too pivotal. Why? Because we were unexpectedly thrust into another significant life change or unexpected shift where we had and almost have no other choice but to accept our realities.
