Life After Transistion

June 24th, 2019

Today join my guest Philandris Stovall and me as she speaks about the topic, “Life After Transition." Being a single mother of two, once Ziggy transitioned, life presented its set of challenges. However true, Philandris chose to rise above it all. With a focus of continuing to allow Ziggys legacy to thrive through his book for Children, "The Mystery of the Missing Ring;" this mother believed in the importance of maintaining your purpose despite the pain of losing a child. And yes family, all while still raising her daughter Zoe.

Her advice to other parents experiencing a loss of a child is to "allow God to become your validator! Continue to love and pray for others. And don’t allow anyone to put a limit on your grieving process."

Welcome to Life after Transition.

Don’t Be Basic: Be a Woman of High Value

February 13th, 2019

Being a woman of high value requires sacrifices. Whether those sacrifices are improving your self-worth, respect, esteem or appearance, to attract the best relationship for ourselves means not being basic. "Women do not know the behaviors that they do in which lands them in the same type of relationship over and over again," Linda explains.

As this powerhouse continues, "some of us are so tied into choosing those same type of men that are the cheaters, liars, and the emotionally unavailable that you may be left feeling hopeless towards finding a relationship of caliber. It's time to change those behaviors and "don't be basic." Welcome to "Don't Be Basic: Be a Woman of High Value."

How Badly Do You Want to Be Successful

November 27th, 2018

Join my guest Godspromise and I on the Savvy Speaks podcast as she discusses the age-old question of how badly do you want success?

Godspromise, and yes that is her real name, shares her journey which began during the wake of the knife and gun violence in London, England. At a point when many others may have chosen to turn a blind eye toward saving unaccounted for youth (those written off by society) through her partnership with the community, she took a stand and implemented change in her community.
